Austin Paint Pro begins each project with a free home estimate. An APP representative will come out to your home and walk you through the project step by step and give you an on-the-spot estimate. We will provide a color deck for you to choose from, as well as schedule an appointment to do test patching for up to 3 colors of your choosing. Powerwashing
The next step in the exterior home painting process is power washing. One or two days before you project is set to begin, Austin Paint Pro will power-wash the exterior of your home in order to rid the surface of dirt and grime. This will clean up the surface of your home and get it ready for a fresh coat of paint. Prep
We believe that prep is the most important part of the job, and this is where Austin Paint Pro is several steps above the rest. When done properly, the prepping of the house makes a huge difference in the longevity of the paint job. Austin Paint Pro will do all of the caulking, masking, scraping, puttying, sanding and wire brushing necessary to ensure a quality paint job that will exceed your expectations and last for years to come. Most Austin Paint Pro customers decide to spray the siding rather than brushing or rolling it. Spraying the siding is faster, more cost effective and leaves a beautiful, even coat on the textured siding boards. We can also roll the siding if this is desired. We always recommend doing two coats of paint for maximum protection and longevity. Trimming
Hand brushing the trim on your home is the final step of the project. We use a thicker paint on the trim to make sure that the paint job on the trim lasts just as long as the siding. Final Product
